The Easter coffee is a 100% Arabica blend from Ethiopia, the area of West Arsi. The West Arsi washing station was established in 2010 in the town of Nansebo. It serves around 850 smallholder farmers around the area. The farmers deliver their cherry to the washing station, where it is processed. The coffees that come from West Arsi are known for their fruit-forward profiles.
