The charming towns of San Juan de la China, Anzoátegui and Santa Isabel are home to 50 producers who have contributed to the creation of this coffee beverage. The Tolima department borders Huila and Cundinamarca and is located in the western and central part of Colombia. In past centuries, indigenous culture flourished there, and a small indigenous population still lives there today. Tolima is known for its music and its distinctive cuisine, as well as its excellent coffee. The breathtaking mountains provide the altitude needed to produce excellent coffee.
