Alfonso Molina is the third generation of his family to cultivate La Cascada. Half of the farm’s eight hectares are reserved for coffee cultivation and half of the area is a protected area. The farm is also home to a spring, which is important for the supply of water to the town of Acevedo. This is a fresh and balanced coffee, with a spicy, herbal and liqueur-concentrated aroma. It has a light herbal and berry flavour. The sweetness of the coffee berry adds a fullness combined with the acidity of the blood orange.
