Las Penas
Makea Coffee
Roaster: Kyle Papai
With more than 30 years of growing high quality coffee, Pedro knows his stuff. The 11-hectare Las Penas farm produces consistent quality coffee that tastes good year after year. The crop, made up of different Arabica varieties, is washed processed and dry fermented for 32 hours before final drying. The flavour of this darker medium roast is dominated by cocoa and ripe dried fruit.
