The Espresso Rabanales comes from Rafael Ventura’s estate, Finca Rabanales in the Fraijanes region in Guatemala. On the 60 hectare estate, the coffee grows at an altitude of 1630 meters. The handpicked coffee berries are washed at the estate’s own washing station. The drying is done in sun on raised patios. All lots of coffee are processed separately to ensure traceability and the highest quality. This lot is of Caturra variety.

In the espresso roast from Turun Kahvipaahtimo, the coffee acquires an interesting taste of sweet peach and possesses a rich and round mouthfeel.
