Inês Vinci is the granddaughter of Italian immigrants who came to Brazil to work in coffee. In the footsteps of her grandparents Inês went about perfecting the coffee farm and its processes. She has dedicated herself to producing only coffees of high quality. Kahiwa is all about roasting exceptionally great coffees that are based in sustainable business. We believe that buying our coffees as straight from the farms as possible with a fair price, we are not only supporting the farmers in economic terms, but also enabling them to pour out their passion to the coffee.
