The Romão family farm resides in the mountainous area of Patrimônio do Ouro, in the state of Espirito Santo. The region is known for its abundance of precious metals and in particular gold.
The family started farming coffee in the early 1900s and the farm has constantly been upgraded to meet the standards of the time. In the year 2000, the pursuit for the highest quality of coffee kicked into high gear, when the estate acquired peelers, washers, drying patios and fermentation bins.
Today, after 100 years of hard labour, you can enjoy this juicy bodied espresso with chocolate flavours and a hint of cardamom.
