Our light espresso comes from a farm called Finca Tamana, which is owned by Elias Roa. The coffee grows on a 63 hectare coffee farm at an altitude of 1750 m in the Huila Region, Colombia. The coffee cherries are hand picked. First they are fermented by soaking in water for 12-16 hrs before washing them. After the washing process they are dried in shady raised drying beds for 25 days. This specific lot is of the Castillo variety and there is only 350 kg of it.
