Brazil Fazenda California comes from a farm in the Paraná area owned by Luiz Rodrigues. He bought the farm in 2004 and decided to make it one of the best coffee farms in Brazil. The farm has since been really successful in competitions such as the Cup Of Excellence in 2010 and 2015. The farm, that is located on the Tropic of Capricorn is at a cooler area, so the berries mature slower and produce a more compact and high quality bean.
